Our Sandlin Homes Team Continues to Grow
At Sandlin Homes, we understand that each team member within any business plays a crucial part in the company’s overall success. We’re always excited to welcome new employees into our team, and now, we have the amazing opportunity to introduce those three new employees to you.
Heather Fanning, Warranty Coordinator
As a Warranty Coordinator, Heather Fanning helps handle all warranty issues and requests that our builders and homeowners may have.
“I talk with vendors and homeowners to schedule any necessary repairs,” she said. “I follow up with all vendors and homeowners about the scheduled jobs, and I make sure all requests are dealt with in a timely manner.”
With different requests coming in everyday, Heather says that her favorite part of her job is being able to problem solve for homeowners. For her, it’s a wonderful feeling to be able to make sure their experience with Sandlin Homes is a positive one and that any issues they may have are handled as quickly as possible.
“Being passionate about what you do and where you work is very important to have the drive to succeed and want to be a part of a business,” Heather said. “Family is also important to me, and being a part of the Sandlin family has been a wonderful experience.”
Casey Lee, Online Sales Counselor
Casey Lee, our Online Sales Counselor, might be better known as our concierge of homes.
“I answer calls and emails about our homes in all communities to help buyers find the perfect community and home for their lifestyle,” she said. “I love being able to connect future homeowners to their dream homes! It is really fulfilling to hear people be excited when we have a home that fits their needs and knowing that I was able to help them make that step towards a large milestone in their life.”
Casey explained that working at Sandlin Homes has been an incredible experience so far and being able to share the same passion for the industry you work in with your coworkers ensures that the entire team is going above and beyond to make the home buying experience enjoyable for their clients.
“I love the home building industry, and I love helping future homeowners find their new homes,” Casey said. “Even if we aren’t the best fit for someone, I am always happy to help make the search for a new home just a little easier.”
Kate Brewer, Closing Coordinator
At Sandlin Homes, one of our core values centers around the act of being accountable, and Kate Brewer, our newest Closing Coordinator takes this in stride with everything she does.
“I am committed, steadfast, self-motivated and I keep my word,” Kate said. “Personally and professionally, this value is part of my character.”
As a closing coordinator, Kate oversees and organizes the final step of the building process.
“I set projected closing dates that deliver new homes to buyers as expeditiously as possible by constantly communicating with our builders, Community Sales Managers, lenders and title companies,” Kate explained. “My favorite thing about my job is scheduling closing times with our customers, knowing how excited they are to move into their new home.”
Being able to work for a company that is focused on elevating their business for the benefit of their employees and their clients has been something Kate has loved.
