Our Sandlin Homes team has been hard at work this summer building four new model homes that will be scattered throughout the DFW metro. We will take a closer look as each individual home opens over the next few months, but thought it was time for a preview.

Below you will find short descriptions for model homes in Palomino Estates, Mayfield Farms, Seeton Estates and Sheppard’s Place. For more information on these models or other plans available in each community call the Community Sales Manager listed on the linked webpage. 

Palomino Estates

The first of our four model homes is set to open this fall and fittingly, it is also the first of new foundation series product line for the Palomino Estates community. This Sandstone FS is a single-story three-bedroom plan measuring 2,408 square feet. Wood floors stretch from the front door through the open floor plan ending at a covered patio off the back of the home. A large bay window allows natural light to flood the Master’s Suite where you can fully enjoy your newfound privacy. 

Palomino Estates is a small and scenic community with 35 single-family homesites and large lots. Located in Benbrook just 15 minutes from Downtown Fort Worth, residents will have endless options for shopping, dining, entertainment and recreation. 

Mayfield Farms

Mayfield Farms in Arlington is next on the list with a Silverstone model set to open later this fall. The Silverstone starts at 3,290 square feet with three bedrooms and 2 1/2 bathrooms in two stories. 

Sheppard’s Place

As one of Sandlin Homes’ newest communities, Sheppard’s Place recently started preselling. This model home in Waxahachie will have a distinct look with white painted brick and modern selections to elevate the open Bellaire floor plan. The Bellaire is a single-story plan with three bedrooms measuring 2,616 square feet. 

Seeton Estates

The final home will be a Dublin floor plan located off the edge of Joe Pool Lake in Tarrant County. The Dublin, which is the largest of the four selected floor plans, measures 3,813 square feet with four bedrooms and 3 1/2 bathrooms. This plan is available exclusively in Seeton Estates and has a distinct turret-inspired design.

Seeton Estates is a perfect fit for outdoor enthusiasts with swimming, camping, boating, fishing and more available within minutes.
