All Dallas-Fort Worth area real estate agents are invited to join Sandlin Homes for a special Friendsgiving-themed sneak peek of Sheppard’s Place on November 19. 

Sheppard’s Place, located near I-35 and Highway 287 in Waxahachie, is one of our newest single-family communities. Residents will have nine floor plans to choose from starting at 2,088 square feet with three or four bedrooms. The first five homesites will be ready for residents in mid-January.

A socially-distanced soiree

Bring a friendly smile (even if it is behind a mask) and enjoy the company of some of the hardest working professionals in DFW. Selling Sheppard’s Place

Of course, the main reason for the event is to show you our newest community in Waxahachie and we are hoping to offer something a little different there with nine carefully selected floor plans.

We picked this location for its quiet atmosphere and convenient commute into downtown Dallas or Fort Worth for work or play. The small town of Waxahachie also hosts a number of year-round festivals and events that will keep families entertained closer to home. The biggest draw is the 656-acre Lake Waxahachie where residents fish, swim, kayak and enjoy the outdoors.

Students in Sheppard’s Place will attend the Waxahachie Independent School District, which is the top-ranked district in Ellis County according to Niche.com.
