Located just south of Hwy. 380 on SH 423 between the lakeside town of Little Elm and the booming city of Frisco is the community of Frisco Ranch. Located approximately halfway between the cities of Denton and McKinney on FM 423 south of Hwy 380. Turn south on Hwy. 423 from Hwy 380 and travel approximately four miles to Frisco Ranch Drive on the right. Or, from Hwy. 121 North at The Colony, go north on Main Street/FM 423 until the road splits. Take the right split, which is FM 423, and travel north to Frisco Ranch Drive and turn left. Turn right on Lone Pine Drive. Our model will be on the right. It is approximately 9 miles from Hwy. 121 to Frisco Ranch Drive.
